You Don’t Have To Register To Post a Review!

No I don’t want to put on a lot of rules to add a Review and Rank, so I won’t. But beware…people will act on your words…so chose them wisely. With that said, let’s lay down a few rules so this service can have some meaning…

1. I won’t edit your Review and Rank except for profanity, grammar, or readability. Your opinion is your opinion. Not mine.
2. You agree that your Review and Rank comes from your own personal experience either as a client or a real estate agent with the loan officer…not second hand hearsay.
3. You understand and agree that posting hateful and untrue comments could land you in hot water. This website does not hold harmless any reviewer for any legal actions that flow from his or her statements made on this website.
4. You agree to give us your full name and email and have published your real name along side your review. (Your email is NEVER shared…ever! We only email you once with your free gift download instructions! If you want to join our members list you can - see left sidebar- but posting a review doe not put you on our email list.)
5. Obvious attempts to “stuff the ballot” with positive or negative comments will get your IP banned and all comments and/or reviews deleted.
6. Reviews and comments are published at our sole discretion and can be deleted without consent of the contributor.
7. Loan Officers: If you disagree with a Review and Rank, simply put your side of the story in the comments box below the Review. Better yet, have other “happier” clients come in a Post their Review and Rank. Do not email and ask that we remove it. As said above, these comments are the opinions of the reviewer are we are not attesting to the accuracy.

Okay…now on to how to post a “useful” Review and Rank…after all we are trying to help real folks make real decisions.

So we decided the best way was to let you tell your story. Write as much or as little as you want. This will give readers a feel for your experience. If you are having trouble getting started, just use the old reporter trick of answering the following: Who, What, Where, Why, When and How. That would make for one hellava review!

But remember, this is about the Loan Officer more so than the Company! Speak specifically about the person who originated your loan…your point of contact with the company…not the Company itself.

Next, every entry must also include a Ranking. Many folks just skim while read the on the web and Ranking system is a great way to get the gist of things at a glance.
