Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc Review

Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc (NYSE: IMH) is a mortgage REIT which used to be a big buyer of Alt-A mortgage loans. They also used the name Impac Lending Group. IMH now longer buys new loans, but they do service their old loans. We located a website, a phone number, and some complaints and lawsuits.

I my opinion any company making or servicing Alt-A loans in this market is in hot water. However, some believe Impac Mortgage is on some what of a come back since their stock is trading at a 52 week high today. That’s not enought to change my mind, but you can read about it here.
