I found on my note and mortgage that was faxed from my servicer that the original title agent from the original lenders as filed in my local court house the lenders squiggle mark signature is not as signed on the original papers and a careful study of the original notary signature is forged on the ones the servicer faxed to me.
I bet if you were to get them to fax you over these copies of your note and mortgage compared to the originals are forged fraudulant signatures that voids the note and mortgage contract.
I bet if you demanded a copy they could not produce the blue ink signed originals to you and if your is filed in your local court compare the signatures with the originals.
After 5 long years I just discovered this fraud and am getting everything payed back plus pain and suffering and a debt free home.
Better check your stuff you may be in the same boots I am in and thats a real blessing from God is to have a debt free home and everything payed back to you plus pain and suffering and the crooks just thought this poor man could not read.
Praise God for lender fraud when you can catch it before they take your home.
Also do a search finding the fraud in your mortgage.
God has really blessed me and my husband. I guess we are in the few of success stories from Litton. Our trial modification started in June of 09. Our final papers came on Oct. 26 and we were approved. We now have a payment that is half of our payment. Thanks to Litton.
Congratulations on that and yes, I am sure that God is looking over you and your husband. You see, had you ultimately been denied, as is happening to increasing numbers of folks, you’d never have been able to catch up after paying the reduced, affordable, payment for so long a stretch of time. That is the trouble. They encourage people to believe they will help them, but in many cases the modification process drags on and on, endlessly and then ultimately they refuse to modify the loan. Those with NO equity stand a better chance than those who have been in their homes for years, since if they think they will make money off taking the home, that works like a big incentive for them to act like it is a modification, when it is really all about foreclosing.
