I got behind on my mortgage due to losing my job in August of last year. I was out of work for 10 months. During this time I wiped out our savings just to keep my mortgage paid. when the money was gone I got behind 30 days on my mortgage payments. They said I owed them $1989.79 including late fees. During the month of September I sent them via Western Union $2030.00. According to my math I should be caught up , but according to them I still owe them $1989.79. This matter needs to be addressed ASAP. I would never recomend this company to anyone I know who is trying to refinance or wanting a loan of any kind!

I lost my job and got behind on my payments, was contacted by a female from Bayview concerning this matter. Told her I had sent one month and would be sending the others in 10 days. She told me that would be fine. I did this however they returned all three of my checks and started foreclosure proceedings without my knowledge. Then tried to charge me $10000.00 in legal fees. This company should be put out of business!
