Have been lied to everytime i get on the phone with Aurora Loan services. They initiate late fees out of nowhere and force people into foreclosure. Then they told us not to make any mortgage payments that it would be okay they need time to do the loan modification which is a bunch of Bull. Then they tell you that they’ll have an answer for you but never get back to you. I think this company should be thoroughly investigated and all the people who are being lied to told the truth as to where there money is going. I really feel for anyone going through the trouble that we are with this company they and their employees should be tried.
this company is a joke! I tried to modify my loan and they screwed up my paper work 3 time and told me dont worry we can do another mod They final got my paperwork and when they posted my payment 10 days late they told me I broke the agreement and I couldnt try again because I had 4 agreements(which they screwed up) and put me in forclosure. you need to check your yearly intrest statment because I have paid them more money than they sent me a report for. Dont waist your time trying to work with them they are just setting you up for a foreclosure get some legal help and dont trust just any attorney because the are crooks too.
