HUD data says they took in almost $6.7 billion in mortgage applications in 2011. It looks like refinancing was more than double the purchase applications. According to their website: “Mortgage Master is a direct lender that utilizes its own funds to initiate and close loans. That means the process of securing a mortgage is greatly simplified. You work directly with our experienced representatives, who are familiar with your situation and ensure that you understand all available options.”
Recently they have expanded their east coast operations and also announced their expansion into California.
They also use the name Mortgage Master Pacific for some states and branches.
